The ASU Discipline Journal Issue 05 (Spring 2019) explores the idea of the 'Pivot' in the architectural discipline. Pivot collected interviews from industry professionals and ASU faculty around issues of the multidisciplinary nature of the profession of architecture beyond simply being the building industry.

Space has become redundant again. Popular culture is uninterested in the goings-on in space. Once achieved, mans absurd relation with space becomes yesterdays news. To become relevant to the public, CASIS must be an amenity and not a mission. Instead of promoting an HQ, make it a public interface.
